The story of two friends and petty thieves who try to earn a living, but fail in every possible way. Kraut is a young man whose mother inherits a house with a property in the Banat village of Baranda from his real father. He sees the property as a way out of the debt he and his friend Ekser have towards the fence and hustler businessman Dule The Rat. A series of unpredictable circumstances will create friendships and unbreakable bonds where no one would have thought they would exist. Hope and love will return to the lives of Baranda residents. And storks, known for their fidelity and loyalty.
